The Technical Advantage

This isn’t just a complete rig—it’s a fine-tuned system backed by decades of experience, thousands of jumps, and the confidence of instructors and professionals worldwide. With gear this refined, your attention stays on flight—not flaws.

Design Excellence: Built for Comfort, Control, and Confidence

Smart Structure, Seamless Fit

At the heart of the Wings Full Rig Package is a brilliantly engineered container system that emphasizes anatomical precision. Unlike off-the-shelf rigs, this setup contours naturally to your body, adapting to every curve and movement mid-flight. It’s not just about the look—it’s about how it performs under pressure and how it feels during deployment, flight, and landing.

From the moment you gear up, you’ll notice the difference. The Wings harness container incorporates a fully articulated design—complete with stainless steel hip rings, chest rings, and an articulated leg strap system. These features minimize tension on pressure points while enhancing mobility. You’re free to bend, stretch, climb, or swoop without being restricted by your gear.

Minimal Bulk, Maximum Function

Rather than overwhelming the jumper with excess material or stiff frames, the Wings design team focused on low-profile geometry. The result? A rig that hugs your back like a second skin, stays tight during exits, and stays clean during freefly.

Furthermore, the magnetic riser covers and tucked-in bridle channel reduce flapping in high-speed descents. No more noisy distractions or wind-catching components—just a silent, streamlined descent through the skies.

Custom Aesthetics Without Compromise

Why settle for a standard look? With Wings, you can choose from an expansive color library and stitching patterns. Express your individuality while maintaining the integrity of your system. Whether you prefer bold contrasts or minimalist tones, your rig will reflect your personal style—and still meet every skydiving safety requirement.

Ergonomic Touches, Technical Detail

Every contour. Every strap. Every seam. These aren’t arbitrary details; they are the result of thoughtful design:

• 3D ergonomic shaping enhances comfort across long days of jumping.

• Secure tuck tabs and padded lateral wings protect your gear while improving airflow.

• Freefly-friendly handle placements ensure you can always reach your cutaway or reserve without fumbling.

• Integrated stiffeners in the side panels add structural integrity without increasing weight.

Inclusive Design for Every Jumper

Skydiving isn’t a one-size-fits-all sport. That’s why the Wings Full Rig Package is available in a broad spectrum of sizes. Regardless of body type, gender identity, or jumping background, this rig is built to fit you—not the other way around.

Each harness is cut according to your measurements. Waist, torso, leg loop position, and chest strap height are all tailored for both comfort and performance. No unnecessary pinching. No awkward strap placement. No limitations.

Confidence Starts with Design

By investing in a rig that feels custom from day one, you eliminate distractions and increase trust in your equipment. Every aspect of the Wings Full Rig Package’s design works toward one goal: giving you the confidence to jump higher, fly farther, and land smoother—every single time.

Safety During Flight: Designed to Protect Without Compromise

Confidence at Every Altitude

In skydiving, safety isn’t a feature—it’s the foundation. That’s why the Wings Full Rig Package integrates redundant protection systems, smart engineering, and intuitive emergency controls that prioritize your well-being at every altitude. Each component was built not only to perform flawlessly but also to serve as a safety net when your instincts and experience demand backup.

Rather than leaving you with scattered features and uncertain compatibility, Wings delivers a fully assembled, thoroughly tested package that gives you control in every moment—and support when you need it most.

Automatic Activation Device (AAD): Intelligent Backup Deployment

Included standard with every Wings Full Rig Package is your choice of market-leading AAD: CYPRES, Vigil Cuatro, or Mars M2. These electronic marvels continuously monitor your altitude and descent rate. If you become incapacitated or lose altitude awareness, the AAD activates the reserve parachute automatically.

• Failsafe Logic: Engages reserve only under high-speed descent below a set altitude

• Jump Logging: Stores performance data for post-jump analysis

• Water Resistance: Protected against unexpected moisture or sweat

• Battery Life: 10–15 years depending on the model

This is safety that thinks for you—so you can focus on the jump while knowing there’s intelligent oversight built into your rig.

Reserve Static Line (RSL): Seconds Can Save Lives

When executing a cutaway, time is everything. That’s why this rig includes a factory-installed Reserve Static Line. Upon cutting away from the main canopy, the RSL instantly pulls the reserve deployment pin—reducing reaction time and increasing the chance of a full reserve inflation.

• Immediate Activation: Reserve deploys within a fraction of a second

• No Extra Input Required: Activates even if the jumper is unresponsive

• Reliable in Low-Altitude Emergencies: Ideal during partial malfunctions or low pulls

When every second matters, the RSL acts without hesitation.

3-Ring Release System: Trusted Under Pressure

Originally developed by Bill Booth and adopted worldwide, the 3-ring release system is a marvel of skydiving innovation—and a standard feature on the Wings harness. Its unique geometry allows a jumper to cleanly cut away a malfunctioning main canopy with minimal force, even under high load.

• Low Pull Force Requirement: Releases with less than 15 lbs of pressure

• Prevents Binding or Lockups: Works reliably even under tension

• Stainless Steel Rings: Corrosion-resistant and built for extreme environments

• Easy Inspection and Reset: Clear visual confirmation of routing and condition

This system ensures you retain command over your gear—even in the rare moments when things go wrong.

Freefly-Ready Handle Configuration: Always Within Reach

During freefly or high-speed jumps, handle accessibility becomes crucial. The Wings Full Rig Package is designed with ergonomically positioned handles for both cutaway and reserve activation. These low-profile yet easy-to-grab handles stay firmly in place—even during head-down transitions or sudden spins.skydiving gear package

• Cutaway Handle: Secure Velcro base with high-visibility color

• Reserve Handle: Soft or metal D-ring options available

• Freefly Modifications: Handle tucks and padding reduce risk of dislodgement

You’ll never waste time searching for handles when it matters most.

Container Security & Closure System

Wings containers are known for their smart design—keeping components secure while ensuring accessibility in emergencies. The main flap tuck tabs, secure bridle routing, and reserve pin protection panel create a compact, worry-free structure.

• Tension-Locked Flaps: Prevent premature openings

• Pin Guard Cover: Protects from snags and brush contact

• Magnetic Riser Covers: Keep risers tight to the container for minimal drag

• External Handle Visibility: Enhances instructor checks and peer reviews pre-jump

Together, these features add an extra layer of protection from packing mat to parachute deployment.

Padded Comfort Zones: Reducing Fatigue and Risk

Discomfort can lead to distraction. Distraction increases risk. To counter this, Wings designed its harness with strategic padding and ergonomic pressure distribution. This allows you to maintain correct body posture in freefall, under canopy, and during landing—all without being worn down by hard contact points or pinching straps.

• Backpad & Shoulder Padding: Reduces spinal and trapezius fatigue

• Articulated Leg Straps: Eliminate bruising and allow full hip mobility

• Custom Harness Fit: Ensures that the gear molds to your body—not the reverse

You’ll spend more time focused on your surroundings and less on strap discomfort.

---

Layered Safety Approach

Wings doesn’t just rely on one system to protect you. Instead, the rig employs a layered approach to flight safety. Here’s how each component contributes to your peace of mind:

• ✅ Primary Layer: Reliable, well-rigged main canopy

• ✅ Secondary Layer: Reserve canopy with immediate activation

• ✅ Tertiary Layer: AAD for automatic deployment during incapacitation

• ✅ Quaternary Layer: RSL for reduced reserve activation time

• ✅ User Interface Layer: Ergonomic handles and body-safe harnessing

Every layer builds on the last, giving you a full-stack safety infrastructure ready to support every jump.

---

Peace of Mind in Every Freefall

Ultimately, skydiving is about pushing limits while managing risks. With the Wings Full Rig Package, risk management is built into every fiber, handle, and flap. This isn’t just a set of parts—it’s a confidence system. One that’s been tested, trusted, and tuned by skydivers around the world.

So while your mind soars with excitement during the exit and your heart races on final approach, your gear stays calm, coordinated, and 100% ready.

Performance: Where Engineering Meets the Skies

Smooth Deployments, Every Time

Consistency isn’t a luxury in skydiving—it’s a necessity. That’s why the Wings Full Rig Package is engineered for stable, dependable deployments from the first jump onward. Whether you’re diving solo from 13,000 feet or teaching a student in a coaching slot, your gear must respond instantly and accurately. This rig delivers clean openings with minimal snatch force and smooth inflation cycles, significantly reducing the risk of line twists or canopy off-heading behavior.

Each component plays a vital role in the performance equation. The kill-line pilot chute, for example, initiates a reliable sequence of deployment that protects both your gear and your body. Once the canopy catches air, reinforced stitching patterns and optimized slider design work together to ensure a stable expansion, rather than a jarring slam.

Reliable Canopy Flight Characteristics

Once deployed, the main canopy’s glide ratio gives you the confidence to navigate to your landing zone—even in variable winds or long spots. The 7-cell and 9-cell options within the package provide customizable descent profiles to match your skill level and jump goals.

From responsive toggles to well-balanced brake input, the canopy’s handling makes flaring intuitive and accurate. Whether you prefer long swoops or short final approaches, you’ll appreciate how fluid and forgiving the canopy feels under pressure.

• In lighter winds, it maintains forward drive without stalling.

• In turbulent conditions, it holds heading better than most intermediate wings.

• During flare, it transitions smoothly—no sudden surges or unpredictable drops.

Reserve Deployment You Can Trust

In the event of a malfunction, your reserve canopy deploys with speed and stability. The reserve is packed to strict FAA standards and tested under emergency conditions to ensure it maintains heading, opens rapidly, and flies predictably.

Not only is it responsive during release, but it also boasts a high rate of descent control, giving you every opportunity to steer away from obstacles, line up a landing, and reduce impact speed with confidence. This reliable performance under pressure is a direct result of premium canopy selection, expert rigging, and refined material sourcing.

Freefly-Ready Stability

For those exploring vertical orientations, the Wings Full Rig Package offers exceptional control at speed. The harness stays tight to the body during head-down transitions. Meanwhile, magnetic riser covers, low-profile handles, and an aerodynamic profile reduce drag and flutter, allowing you to maintain form and flow without being distracted by shifting gear.

As you rotate or roll in freefall, the rig’s articulated construction flexes with your body, not against it. This is especially valuable for coaches, tunnel flyers, and jumpers practicing VFS techniques. With freefly in mind, every detail—from bridle routing to leg strap fit—has been purposefully engineered to remain in place regardless of speed or orientation.

Terminal and Sub-Terminal Compatibility

Unlike rigs that only shine at standard exit altitudes, the Wings Full Rig Package performs beautifully at both terminal and sub-terminal deployments. Whether you’re exiting at full speed or deploying after a tracking jump or hop-n-pop, the kill-line pilot chute and bridle system work in unison to regulate line stretch and canopy snatch.

As a result, jumpers experience:

• ✅ Smoother deployments after tracking

• ✅ Minimal stress on canopy seams and hardware

• ✅ Reliable slider descent, regardless of airspeed

• ✅ Less chance of line dump or tension knots

Harness Dynamics During Flight

In canopy flight, gear should move with you—not against you. The Wings harness was built for ergonomic balance, distributing load evenly across your body without digging into shoulders or hips. As a result, longer canopy rides feel less taxing. You’re able to focus on performance, navigation, and flight planning without constantly readjusting straps or pressure points.

Additionally, the rig’s articulated hardware and adjustable lateral straps help you fine-tune your in-flight posture. Whether you prefer a compact body position for carving or an upright one for casual descent, the rig adapts with you.
