Never judge a company on its issues, judge it on how it deals with resolutions. Whilst purchasing an alti and wrist mount a technical issue resulted in the order not being able to be fulfilled within the agreed time frame. Without delay I received communication from Blair explaining the error and an offer of a full refund or to wait out for delivery. Having explained the urgency of the order Blair displayed first class customer service and dispatched my order as soon as his stock arrived paying over the odds for special delivery.
